About Salasar Balaji Temple
The bearded and mustached Hanuman idol at Salasar is unique among all temples. Established in 1754 CE by a devotee named Mohandas, this temple draws millions of devotees from Rajasthan and beyond who come for wish fulfillment. A large fair is held twice a year on Chaitra Purnima and Ashwin Purnima.
